VC Jerky Company A Family Tradition
In 1999 Bob Williamson started Virginia City Jerky Company after getting numerous demands for his famous Venison Jerky. His marinade recipe and skill in creating delicious Beef and Venison Jerky meant he soon began selling to local business in Reno and Carson City, Nevada. His son Troy and daughter Tamara soon began helping their father and learning his secrets to mouth-watering jerky and BBQ. In 2003 a location in Virginia City became available and the Virginia City Jerky Company and Smokehouse was born! On Mother's day they opened the doors and with the family's passion for Cooking and creating Great BBQ they've been a hit ever since. Tamara has since taken over the business with Bob and now Troy retiring; but you may just see one of them out on the grill in the mornings!
